Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is hiring a full-time Retail Membership Sales Specialist in Philadelphia. You will sell and process AAA memberships, upsell upgrades, and engage with members in-store to drive sales and inquiries.

The role requires strong communication and multitasking skills in a retail setting. You will document interactions, serve as a membership expert, and may assist with Cashiering and related services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of sales and customer service experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills for multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Sell and process new memberships and upsell upgrades.
• Drive engagement with members through in-store sales and outbound calls.
• Welcome new members, present promotions, and discuss upgrades.
• Document all leads and interactions accurately for future reference.
• Serve as the go-to person for membership inquiries and guidance.
• Assist in Cashiering, Tag and Title, and IDEMIA services if applicable.
