AAA Club Alliance in King of Prussia, PA is seeking a full-time Retail Membership Sales Specialist to sell memberships, upsell upgrades, and engage customers in a busy retail setting.

You will document leads, answer inquiries, and support cashiering and related store tasks while acting as the go-to person for membership information. The role offers base pay with incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales and customer service experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with computer programs and multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Sell and process new AAA memberships and upsell upgrades.
• Drive engagement with members through in-store sales, inquiries, and outbound calls.
• Document leads and interactions for future reference and follow-up.
• Serve as in-store expert for membership inquiries and guidance; support cashiering and related tasks when needed.
