Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is seeking a Retail Membership Sales Specialist in King of Prussia, PA to drive membership growth through in-store sales, inquiries, and outbound calls. You will welcome members, present promotions, and discuss upgrades while maintaining accurate records of all interactions.

This full-time role requires at least three years of sales/customer service experience, strong communication, and solid computer skills. Notary availability within 6 months is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of sales and customer service experience.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills for multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Sell and process new AAA memberships, upsell and cross-sell upgrades and add-ons.
• Drive active engagement with our membership base through in-store sales, inquiries, and outbound calls.
• Welcome new members, present promotions, and initiate upgrade discussions.
• Ensure all leads and interactions are accurately documented for future reference.
• Serve as the go-to person in-store for membership inquiries and guidance.
• Back-up assistance in Cashiering, Tag and Title, and IDEMIA services if applicable.
