Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales and customer service experience
• Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain with 6 months
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Satisfactory pre-employment and post-employment screenings

Responsibilities

• Sell and process AAA memberships, upsell upgrades and add-ons
• Drive engagement through in-store sales, inquiries, and outbound calls
• Welcome new members, present promotions, discuss upgrades
• Document all leads and interactions for future reference
• Serve as the go-to person for membership inquiries and guidance
• Back up cashiering, Tag and Title, and IDEMIA services when applicable
