Job summary

Club Pilates in West Des Moines is seeking a Sales Representative to support the General Manager by bringing new members, booking Demo Classes, and aiding member retention. Evening and weekend shifts are required, with emphasis on memberships, retail, and training services.

Prior Pilates knowledge is a plus but not required. This role offers commission-based compensation with growth opportunities across studios.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required.
• Goal-oriented with ability to achieve sales in memberships and products.
• Ability to learn and use Club Ready software.
• Fluent English with strong in-person, phone, and email communication.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close.
• Conduct tours of the facility and assess member needs.
• Maintain personal sales production targets.
• Promote services as a fitness and wellness provider.
• Book quality appointments to meet monthly sales quota.
• Participate in events to promote the club.
• Develop selling skills and take on additional duties as assigned.
