Job summary

Club Pilates is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to assist in bringing new members to the studio and booking them into Demo Classes. This role emphasizes enhancing member retention and achieving membership sales.

Candidates should possess strong sales and communication skills, with a preferred background in Pilates fitness. The position offers a competitive salary with commission and opportunities for career advancements within the organization.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required.
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system.
• Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in-person, phone, and email.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close.
• Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship with prospects.
• Maintain an acceptable level of personal sales production.
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota.
• Participate in special events to promote the club.
