Job summary

Club Pilates in Ankeny, IA seeks a Sales Representative to assist the General Manager by driving new member sales, conducting tours, and booking demo classes during evenings and weekends.

This role requires strong communication, sales skills, and a customer-focused approach to memberships, retail, and training services, with commission-based earning and clear opportunities for growth within the studio.

Qualifications

• Evening and weekend shifts are required
• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
• Goal-oriented with ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
• Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills
• Daily and/or travel may be required

Responsibilities

• Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
• Conduct tours of the facility while establishing needs and wants
• Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production
• Present available services to current or prospective members
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota
• Participate in events to promote the club
• Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills
• Other duties as assigned
