United Defense Tactical in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Sales Representative to grow our membership-based training program ahead of our facility’s launch. You will conduct demos, tours, and persuasive membership pitches to convert prospects into committed members.

The role emphasizes a strong first impression, effective communication, and the ability to manage leads and close deals with a base plus commission structure. Training and development are provided, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to drive sales.
• A bachelor’s degree is a plus, but we prioritize fit and a can-do attitude.
• Comfort engaging customers and showcasing UDT’s simulator and training value.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 90-minute training demos, facility tours, and membership pitches to seal the deal.
• Prospect from a database of thousands, filling your calendar with eager leads alongside our marketing funnel.
• Nurture hesitant prospects into committed members with follow-up finesse.
• Update our CRM daily to track every opportunity and maximize your commissions.
