United Defense Tactical in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Sales Representative to grow our membership-based training program ahead of our facility’s launch. You will conduct demos, tours, and persuasive membership pitches to convert prospects into committed members.

The role emphasizes a strong first impression, effective communication, and the ability to manage leads and close deals with a base plus commission structure. Training and development are provided, with opportunities for growth.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct 90-minute training demos, facility tours, and membership pitches to seal the deal.

Schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours/week.
• Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and rare holidays, with flexibility to fit your hustle.
• Note: Our facility opens soon —we’re hiring to build our launch team!
