NFIB is seeking a Membership Sales Representative to engage small business owners in-person, delivering NFIB's 5-minute sales pitch and inviting them to join a national movement advocating on their behalf. This hunter/closer role focuses on in-person outreach and closing memberships with direct, on-the-spot payment processing.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face sales experience is a plus
• Ability to quickly build rapport with business owners
• Strong communication and influencing abilities

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with small business owners through in-person prospecting (no appointment setting)
• Deliver NFIB's proven, 5-minute sales presentation with confidence, authenticity, and urgency
• Build fast rapport and communicate NFIB's mission clearly and compellingly
• Address objections and close membership enrollments in one visit
• Process membership payments on the spot
