NFIB is seeking a Membership Sales Representative to connect with small business owners in communities across the country. You will present NFIB’s value, address objections, and close memberships in a single visit, with a structured sales model and a focus on impact and results.

As a hunter/closer, you will work directly with business owners, earn performance-based pay, and benefit from comprehensive training and a clear advancement path within NFIB.

• Engage directly with small business owners through in-person prospecting (no appointment setting)
• Deliver NFIB’s proven, 5-minute sales presentation with confidence, authenticity, and urgency
• Build fast rapport and communicate NFIB’s mission clearly and compellingly
• Address objections and close membership enrollments in one visit
• Process membership payments on the spot
