NFIB is seeking an energetic Membership Sales Representative for face-to-face engagement with small business owners. You will present NFIB’s value, close memberships in a single visit, and drive growth in a national movement advocating for entrepreneurs.

You’ll operate in a hunter/closer model with structured sales; top performers can earn substantial commissions and bonuses. Training is provided, with full benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Mission-driven approach and passion for small business.
• Willingness to follow a proven sales process and training.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with small business owners through in-person prospecting (no appointment setting).
• Deliver NFIB’s 5-minute sales presentation with confidence and urgency.
• Build fast rapport and communicate NFIB’s mission clearly.
• Address objections and close membership enrollments in one visit.
• Process membership payments on the spot.
