NFIB seeks a Membership Sales Representative to engage small business owners in person, present NFIB’s mission, and close memberships in a single visit. This hunter/closer role focuses on impact and results within a national movement advocating for small business voice.

Base pay is complemented by performance-based training, commissions, and potential six-figure earnings. NFIB backs you with a strong training program, benefits, and a mission-driven culture.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with small business owners through in-person prospecting (no appointment setting).
• Deliver NFIB's proven, 5-minute sales presentation with confidence and urgency.
• Build fast rapport and communicate NFIB's mission clearly and compellingly.
• Address objections and close membership enrollments in one visit.
• Process membership payments on the spot.
