You will handle all client communications, upsell products, manage appointments, and maintain a spotless studio. The role includes performance tracking, holiday, and weekend availability in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hospitality experience and/or sales experience with a proven track record of superior client service and meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Genuine passion for people, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences.
• Confidence in sales conversations, comfort with commission-based earning, and a strong drive to meet and exceed membership sales targets.
• Demonstrated ability to close sales, handle objections, and convert prospects into loyal, recurring members.

Responsibilities

• Own the front desk and set the tone for every visit.
• Welcome clients with warmth and energy to make them feel valued.
• Drive membership and package sales by connecting clients to the Glowbar experience.
• Lock in rebooking and manage the waitlist to optimize schedule and retention.
• Be the voice of the studio—handle client communication via phone, email, and text.
