Job summary

Fitness Connection is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the club’s membership sales, coach a high-performing team, and drive daily activity that fuels growth. You will recruit and develop Fitness Consultants, maintain performance standards, and foster a culture of accountability and community engagement across the club.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, coaching in real time, and building relationships to translate goals into consistent revenue progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• College degree preferred.
• Experience in sales leadership, membership sales, or retail/hospitality leadership beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership growth and revenue with daily activity and coaching.
• Lead from the front with personal sales activity and relationship-building.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop Fitness Consultants.
• Conduct sales huddles, role plays, and performance coaching.
• Maintain sales processes, reporting, and compliance.
• Foster a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
