Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial or business ownership/leadership experience valued.
• Relentless persistence and ability to build rapport with small business owners.
• Comfort with coaching and adopting a proven sales model.
• Driven to advocate for small business and NFIB mission.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and meet small business owners in person; no appointment setting.
• Master NFIB’s 5-minute sales presentation and deliver it with confidence.
• Close memberships on the spot and process payments when appropriate.
• Advocate for NFIB rights in Washington, D.C. and state capitals.
