Glowbar Inc. in Westfield, NJ is seeking a Front Desk Advocate who will own the client experience from check-in to check-out. You’ll greet guests warmly, set the tone for every visit, and drive membership and package sales with a focus on delivering Glowbar results.

This role requires 1+ year hospitality or sales background, a hospitality-first mindset, and flexible weekend availability. You’ll handle calls, emails, and texts, keep the studio pristine, and collaborate with management to improve

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hospitality experience and/or sales experience with a track record of superior client service and meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Genuine passion for people, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences.
• Confidence in sales conversations, comfort with commission-based earning, and a drive to meet membership targets.
• Ability to close sales, handle objections, and convert prospects into recurring members.

Responsibilities

• Own the front desk and set the tone for every visit; greet clients warmly.
• Drive membership and package sales, with real revenue targets.
• Lock in rebooking and manage the waitlist to optimize the schedule.
• Be the voice of the studio via phone, email, and text with professionalism.
• Share product knowledge and at-home routines; upsell and cross-sell products.
• Track personal sales performance and report metrics to improve close rates.
• Keep the studio organized and client-ready from front desk to laundry.
• Share observations with management to improve client experience and team performance.
• Be the Glowbar ambassador in presentation and education.
