Qualifications

• 1+ years of hospitality experience and/or sales with proven sales results.
• Customer-focused with ability to meet/exceed sales goals.
• Comfort with commission-based earnings and closing sales.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every client with warmth and energy.
• Drive membership and package sales.
• Lock in rebooking and manage waitlist.
• Handle client communications via phone, email, and text.
• Share skincare knowledge and upsell products.
• Track personal sales performance and adjust strategies.
• Keep the studio spotless and organized.
• Be Glowbar ambassador in presentation and education.
