Qualifications

• 1+ years of hospitality and/or sales experience with strong client service.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales goals and conversion targets.
• Strong communication, warmth, and a professional presence.
• Comfort with commission-based earning and a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations and greet clients warmly.
• Drive membership and package sales and upsell retail products.
• Secure rebookings and manage waitlist to optimize schedule.
• Handle client communications via phone, email, and text.
• Share skincare knowledge and at-home routines to support client journey.
• Track personal sales performance and report metrics.
