Glowbar, a NYC-based skincare studio, is seeking a Studio Guide to manage the front desk, engage clients, and drive memberships and package sales. You’ll rebook clients, manage the waitlist, and ensure a seamless, guest-centric visit.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year hospitality or sales experience, a passion for people, and a confident approach to commission-based earnings. Flexible schedules including weekends are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year hospitality or sales with proven client service and meeting/exceeding sales goals
• Genuine passion for people, hospitality, and memorable experiences
• Confidence in sales conversations and commission-based earning
• Demonstrated ability to close sales and convert prospects to members

Responsibilities

• Own the front desk and set the tone for every visit
• Drive membership and package sales with strong client connections
• Lock in rebooking and manage waitlist for optimal schedule
• Handle client communication via phone, email, and text professionally
• Share product knowledge and at-home routines to support skincare journey
• Track personal sales performance and close rates to improve results
• Keep the studio spotless and client-ready, including back of house
• Be Glowbar ambassador in presentation, standards, and education
