Qualifications

• 1+ years of hospitality and/or sales experience with a proven track record of client service and meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Genuine passion for people, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences.
• Confidence in sales conversations, commission-based earning, and meeting membership targets.
• Ability to close sales, handle objections, and convert prospects into loyal members.

Responsibilities

• Own the front desk and set the tone for every visit.
• Drive membership and package sales to meet revenue targets.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and manage the waitlist for retention.
• Handle client communication via phone, email, and text with professionalism.
• Share skincare knowledge and upsell relevant products and routines.
• Track personal sales performance and conversion metrics.
• Keep the studio clean, organized, and guest-ready.
• Share observations with management to improve client experience.
• Be Glowbar ambassador in presentation and education.
