AAA Club Alliance is hiring a full-time Retail Membership Sales Specialist in Roanoke, VA. You will drive membership sales, engage customers in-store, and promote upgrades and add-ons while documenting all interactions for future reference.

The role requires 3+ years in sales and customer service, strong communication, and basic computer skills. Notary designation or willingness to obtain within 6 months is required. A comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Three years of sales & customer service experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple websites and programs for multitasking.
• Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Sell and process new AAA memberships and upsell/cross-sell upgrades.
• Engage with members through in-store sales, inquiries, and outbound calls.
• Document all leads and interactions clearly for future reference.
• Serve as the store's go-to person for membership inquiries with guidance and support.
• Provide backup support in Cashiering, Tag and Title, and IDEMIA services if applicable.
