The role requires at least 3 years in sales and customer service, strong communication, and the ability to multitask across websites and programs. Notary public or willingness to obtain within 6 months is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Satisfactory pre-employment screening including background checks.

Responsibilities

• Sell and process new AAA memberships and upsell/add-ons.
• Engage membership base in-store and via outbound calls.
• Document leads and interactions accurately for future reference.
• Serve as the go-to for membership inquiries and guidance.
