Job summary

AAA Club Alliance in Charleston, WV seeks a Retail Membership Sales Specialist to drive membership sales and upsell upgrades in-store. You will welcome customers, present promotions, process sign-ups, and document all leads for follow-up.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of sales and customer service experience.
• Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain within 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Sell and process new AAA memberships, upsell upgrades and add-ons.
• Drive in-store engagement with membership base; document leads for follow-up.
• Provide expert guidance on membership benefits and serve as store point of contact for inquiries.
• Assist in cashiering, tag and title, and IDEMIA services as needed.
