Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to build trust and explain value.

Responsibilities

• Consistently promote and recommend AAA memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products.
• Assist customers with travel planning including hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages.
• Manage and respond to Roadside Assistance calls continuously throughout the day.
• Contribute to team operations by helping with cashiering, tag and title services, and ID services as needed.
