Job summary

AAA Oregon/Idaho is seeking a Customer Service oriented Membership Records Clerk to join our Membership team in Portland, OR. This role focuses on maintaining membership files, auditing records, and updating contact information through member outreach.

You will handle renewal reminders, process inbound payments, resolve membership issues, and support colleagues with billing questions while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service to members and donors.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must have strong interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Must have attention to detail, organization, and have a high level of responsiveness.
• Computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide information to members regarding all new and existing products, services, and promotions.
• Assist in resolving membership issues and/or concerns, and answer billing questions.
• Process member payments, statements, name changes, address changes, coverage level changes.
• Contact with members, donors and colleagues via outbound calls.
