Job summary

AAA Northeast is seeking a Sales and Service Representative Registry to provide sales and service to members in membership, reservations, and branch products, both in-person and over the phone. You will handle registry services in select states, comply with regulations, and promote club products while embodying AAA's mission.

You will join a team that emphasizes quality service, cross-selling, and maintaining privacy and security standards across all member interactions.

Qualifications

• Requires 1-3 years of Customer Service with a focus in Sales.
• Background checks per state and federal requirements.
• Must meet state requirements to perform registry and/or TSA services; including background checks.

Responsibilities

• Sales: meets/exceeds sales metrics and drives member satisfaction.
• Member Service: promote memberships, credit card program, and club services.
• Daily Operations: coordinate with internal departments and adhere to policies and safety protocols.
