Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to learn new systems quickly.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; excellent communication and writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route member inquiries via call center software.
• Process membership orders, payments, and updates in the AMS.
• Engage in member outreach and renewal campaigns; conduct proactive outreach.
• Staff the AAO events and prepare membership packets and certificates.
