Job summary

The Bath Area Family YMCA & Landing Y is seeking a Membership Representative in Bath, ME. This role emphasizes friendly customer service, answering inquiries, and helping members manage memberships and program registrations.

• Answer phones promptly with a helpful tone.
• Listen actively to understand goals and guide members to appropriate programs.
• Promote memberships and YMCA programs.
• Activate and terminate memberships and register participants.
• Maintain an up-to-date member database and information.
• Stay informed about current programs and services offered.
