Job summary

The YMCA of Southern Maine is seeking a Member Services Representative in Biddeford, ME. You will greet members, answer questions, process memberships, and help maintain a welcoming, inclusive environment that aligns with our mission and values.

Under the supervision of the Membership Director, you will handle program registrations, cash transactions, and member inquiries while building genuine relationships and delivering friendly, professional service to every member and guest.

Qualifications

• Strong communications skills.
• Excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
