National Fitness Center in Maryville, TN is seeking a Membership Lead to drive sales, lead the team, and enhance the member experience from onboarding through retention. You will oversee guest services, coach staff, manage scheduling, and support club operations to achieve profitability and high member satisfaction.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with preferred college degree in business, retail, or hospitality, strong leadership, and a willingness to work flexible evenings,

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree in business, retail or hospitality preferred
• Passion for helping others achieve their goals
• Prior supervisory experience in a service industry preferred
• Knowledge of fitness including equipment, personal training, and group fitness preferred
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Risk management oriented
• Flexible/positive attitude in meeting and exceeding members' expectations
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
• Willingness to travel occasionally for company meetings
• Bilingual skills a plus
• CPR/AED certification required within first 30 days of hire

Responsabilidades

• Meet and exceed sales targets by leading effective sales strategies and prospect tours
• Drive upsell opportunities to increase ancillary revenue (multi-club access, add-ons, personal training)
• Provide sales training to improve team performance and conversions
• Collaborate with GM to set and achieve sales goals
• Foster a sales-oriented culture focused on member experience and retention
• Ensure clean, safe club environment and support member events and programming
• Lead club operations and coverage, including scheduling and staffing
• Assist GM in achieving financial and operational performance
• Support marketing initiatives and social media engagement
• Cover shifts in Welcome Desk, Custodial, or Kid Zone as needed
