Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets by guiding member tours and following up on leads.
• Identify upsell opportunities (multi-club access, add-ons, personal training where available).
• Conduct sales training to improve team performance and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with General Manager to set and achieve sales goals.
• Create a sales-oriented culture emphasizing member experience and retention.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards to enhance member experience.
• Lead club operations to meet member expectations.
• Coach and mentor team members to improve sales skills and performance.
• Support scheduling and coverage during absences.
• Assist in club financial and operational performance and identify opportunities.
