The role emphasizes cross-selling, lead development, and maintaining strong relationships with management and customers, while ensuring accurate documentation and service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School GED required.
• 1-3 years customer service preferred.
• Moderate proficiency in data entry required.
• Moderate Microsoft Word and Excel skills preferred.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License required or valid in selling state.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service to members and insureds.
• Sell memberships and assist in the sale of insurance to prospective insureds.
• Assist with changes to policies or memberships, renewals and billing inquiries.
• Accept payments and verify insurance coverage for lien holders.
• Handle administrative duties and maintain positive relationships with staff and management.
• Develop insurance leads and engage in cross-selling opportunities.
• Resolve member issues using discretion; refer complex cases to higher level.
