AAA Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Sales Agent responsible for selling insurance products and memberships, developing a strong sales strategy, and engaging with members and potential insureds offsite. You will perform needs analyses, quote rates, inspect vehicles or properties, and ensure underwriting guidelines are followed to support growth and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• 1–3 years insurance sales/service preferred.
• Advanced oral and written communication skills required.
• Moderate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) required.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Sell insurance products and memberships; develop a successful sales strategy to meet targets.
• Prospect via community activities, referrals, networking, and other sources to generate leads.
• Provide service in person, by telephone, e-mail, or correspondence; process policy changes and updates.
• Conduct needs analyses, quote rates, inspect vehicles/properties, and ensure underwriting guidelines are followed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and manage memberships and payments; adhere to scheduling and duties.
