AAA Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a career-minded sales professional to drive membership sign-ups and personal lines insurance sales. You will qualify prospects, quote, collect premiums, and enter policy data while building product knowledge and maintaining high service standards.

The role requires excellent communication, 1–3 years in insurance sales, and the ability to obtain Personal Lines and Life Insurance Licenses.

Formación

• College degree preferred, high school diploma required.
• 1-3 years insurance sales preferred.
• Moderate proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Advanced communication skills required, both written and oral.
• Ability to qualify for Personal Lines License and Life Insurance License.
• Possess a competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals.
• Successful completion of a background check and able to pass a drug screen.

Responsabilidades

• Qualifying and quoting prospects, selling memberships and personal lines insurance products.
• Collecting premiums, binding coverage, entering policy data into insurance systems, and responding to underwriting inquiries.
• Developing a complete and thorough working knowledge of all policy provisions, rating factors, rules, and insurance systems.
• Following up with members and insureds and prospecting for new business.
• Inspecting related documentation and resolving membership and insurance problems with discretion and independent judgment.
• Multi-tasking and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
• Working some evenings, weekends and holidays.
