Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises in Overland Park seeks a Sales Agent to drive insurance and membership sales, conduct needs analyses, and expand the member base. You will perform offsite activities, provide product guidance, and ensure accurate documentation to meet underwriting guidelines.

Responsibilities include quoting rates, inspecting vehicles as needed, processing policy changes, and maintaining strong member relationships to maximize retention and referrals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years Insurance sales/service preferred.
• Advanced oral and written communication skills.
• Moderate knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
• Demonstrated competitive and persistent nature.
• Advanced organization skills and task prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Sell insurance products and memberships and develop sales strategy to meet targets.
• Prospect for membership and insurance sales through events and networking.
• Quote rates after needs analysis and inspect vehicles or property when needed.
• Process policy changes and manage member records with accuracy.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and maintain member relationships.
• Handle payments securely and attend training for product knowledge.
