Job summary

AAA in Lee's Summit, Missouri is seeking a Sales Agent to drive insurance and club membership sales. The role focuses on offsite networking, lead development, needs analyses, and guiding members to appropriate products while maintaining policy reviews and high retention.

You will conduct needs analyses, quote rates, inspect vehicles or properties, process changes, and provide excellent member service by phone, email, or in person.

Qualifications

• Advanced oral and written communication skills required.
• Moderate knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
• Demonstrated competitive and persistent nature.
• Advanced organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell insurance products and memberships; develop sales strategy to hit targets.
• Prospect for opportunities via community events, referrals, and networking.
• Quote rates, inspect vehicles/properties, complete underwriting documentation.
• Provide member service via in person, phone, email, or fax; process changes.
• Maintain records, review policies, and identify cross-sell opportunities.
