Job summary

Core Development and Management-Planet Fitness in Norwood, MA is seeking a Member Services Representative to deliver a welcoming, high-quality experience to members and guests in a Judgement Free Zone®. The role offers flexible scheduling with opportunities for full-time and part-time shifts, along with comprehensive member services activities.

Responsibilities include greeting members, promoting the club's ethos, handling sign-ups and inquiries, and maintaining club cleanliness and safety

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests as they enter and assist with questions during check-in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone by engaging with members on the club floor.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to the Club Manager when needed.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with inquiries.
• Perform membership sign-ups, updates, cancellations, and transfers.
