Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/AED certification.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and assist them as needed.
• Promote a judgement-free zone by connecting with members.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate as necessary.
• Assist callers with inquiries on the phone.
• Perform membership-related functions.
• Achieve individual sales goals.
• Conduct tours for prospective members.
• Execute retail transactions accurately.
• Ensure cleanliness of equipment and facilities.
