Core Development & Management is looking for a Member Services Representative to provide superior customer service at Planet Fitness in Westborough, Massachusetts. Responsibilities include greeting members, assisting with inquiries, and resolving concerns while promoting a judgment-free environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED certified (training provided).
• Basic computer proficiency.

• Perform membership-related functions including sign-ups.
