Job summary

Planet Fitness in Easton, MA is seeking a Member Services Representative to deliver a high level of member experience in a welcoming, judgment-free environment. You will assist with check-ins, answer questions, promote the Judgement Free Zone, and support membership processes.

Role includes daily interactions on the club floor, phone inquiries, and opportunities for both full-time and part-time schedules. Training is provided to achieve service and sales goals while maintaining clean, safe

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests; assist with questions as they check in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone by engaging with members on the club floor.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to the Club Manager when needed.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers.
• Perform membership related functions (sign-ups, updates, cancellations, payments).
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to club targets.
• Conduct tours and call prospective members to assess needs.
• Handle retail transactions and drive sales goals.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and facilities; maintain restrooms and spaces.
• Address maintenance and safety issues; communicate effectively and build relationships.
