Qualifications

• 6–12 months of experience in customer service preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and assist with any questions.
• Promote Judgement Free Zone® on the club floor.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate when needed.
• Handle phone calls and assist callers.
• Perform membership related functions.
• Conduct member tours and assess membership needs.
• Drive sales goals through retail transactions.
• Clean and sanitize exercise equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of restrooms.
• Address maintenance and facility concerns.
