Planet Fitness in Melville, NY seeks a Front Desk Associate to provide an exceptional, welcoming experience for members and guests. You’ll handle check-ins, answer questions, and help maintain a clean, friendly club environment.

Responsibilities include greeting members, promoting the Judgement Free Zone, addressing concerns, answering calls, and assisting with memberships and tours. A 18+ age and CPR/AED training are required or provided.

Qualifications

• 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club; assist with questions or concerns during check-in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone by engaging with members and supporting fitness journeys.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to a Manager when needed.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers.
