Job summary

Planet Fitness in Foxborough, MA seeks a friendly Member Services Representative to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold our Judgement Free Zone. You’ll greet guests, assist with memberships, answer phones, and help drive sales while maintaining a clean, welcoming club environment.

We offer flexible scheduling with full-time and part-time shifts, plus benefits and opportunities to grow within the Planet Fitness team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club; assist with questions or concerns at check-in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone by connecting with members on the club floor and supporting fitness journeys.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to Club Manager when needed.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with inquiries.
• Perform membership-related functions: sign-ups, update contact/billing info, cancellations, and transfers.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to club targets.
• Conduct tours for prospective members and assess membership needs.
• Process retail transactions and drive sales goals.
• Maintain cleanliness/sanitization of equipment and Recovery Zone areas.
