Job summary

Planet Fitness in Maynard, MA is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to provide a superior customer experience in our Judgement Free Zone.

You will greet members and guests, process sign-ups and updates, answer inquiries, promote the Judgement Free Zone, and support fitness journeys while upholding club policies.

Flexible scheduling with full-time and part-time shifts; training provided; benefits include healthcare, 401(k) and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness)
• Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Greet members and assist with questions at check-in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone and support members on the floor.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to the Club Manager.
• Answer phones politely and handle inquiries.
• Process sign-ups, updates, cancellations, and transfers.
• Aim to meet or exceed individual and club sales goals.
• Make calls and tours to assess potential member needs.
• Execute retail transactions and drive sales.
• Clean and sanitize all equipment and Recovery Zone areas.
• Keep restrooms clean, stocked and uncluttered.
• Walk all areas regularly to fix safety or cleanliness issues.
• Address maintenance issues promptly (e.g., dispensers, leaks).
