Job summary

Planet Fitness in Haverhill, MA seeks a friendly Member Services Representative to deliver a superior, judgement-free experience to members and guests. You will check in members, answer questions, promote the Judgement Free Zone, and help guide tours and sign-ups.

This role offers flexible scheduling with full-time and part-time shifts; you will handle memberships, process transactions, maintain clean facilities, and assist with phone inquiries while upholding Planet Fitness CORE values.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness).
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests as they enter and exit the club and assist with check-in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone and assist members on the club floor.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to the Club Manager when needed.
• Answer phones and assist callers with inquiries.
• Handle membership sign-ups, updates, cancellations, and billing information.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to club targets.
• Conduct member tours and assess membership needs.
• Process retail transactions and drive sales goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and facilities.
