Responsibilities include tours, proposals, referrals, and maintaining accurate member records while upholding club standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience is beneficial.
• Comfort with outbound calls, club tours, and member interactions.

Responsibilities

• Drive Membership Growth by guiding members through the selection process.
• Conduct engaging club tours linking goals to services.
• Present memberships, training, and services confidently.
• Generate leads via referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Maintain an active pipeline of future members and appointments.
• Execute front desk tasks, check-ins, and inquiries with professionalism.
