El Car Wash is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to greet customers with energy and ensure an exceptional experience. You will educate guests about the Unlimited Membership, convert interest into loyalty, and drive membership growth through friendly, non-pushy engagement.

Responsibilities include resolving concerns on the spot, maintaining a clean site, and documenting customer feedback to help improve operations. Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.
