Responsibilities

• Promotes the BJ’s value proposition for acquisition, retention, and member experience.
• Converts potential members by pitching membership programs per policy.
• Sells BJ’s membership products to new and existing members with high energy.
• Drives toward goals defined by store benchmarks.
• Delivers superior customer service as first contact for questions and requires to process returns/exchanges.
• Follows tax-exempt/resale policies and supports membership renewals.
• Regular attendance and flexibility to work across shifts.
