Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior front-line customer service or sales experience preferred.

• Basic math skills are helpful for transactions and balancing.
• Computer proficiency is preferred for store operations and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Promote BJ’s value proposition for membership acquisition and retention.
• Pitch all membership programs per company policies.
• Drive membership sales with high energy toward goals.
• Provide superior customer service and assist with Buy Online and Pick Up In Club orders.
• Maintain club policies and perform other duties as assigned.
• Ensure regular, predictable attendance is maintained.
